1. Purpose

These terms of use govern access to and use of the netfitsn.com website ("the Site"), published by NetFit. They do not govern use of the NetFit software platform by client gyms, which is covered by the terms of sale and the subscription agreement entered into separately.

2. Acceptance

Accessing and browsing the Site implies full acceptance of these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the Site.

3. Site content

The Site presents NetFit, its products, and its pricing for informational purposes. Screenshots, feature descriptions, and pricing shown reflect the state of the product at the time of publication and may change without notice. NetFit commits to never presenting a feature as available when it is not.

4. Forms (contact, newsletter, waitlist)

The Site offers several forms (demo request, contact, newsletter sign-up, Coaches/Members waitlist). By using them, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The processing of the data submitted is described in our privacy policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content is protected by intellectual property law (see the legal notice). No license or right other than to browse the Site is granted under these terms of use.

6. Hyperlinks

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (WhatsApp, social media). NetFit has no control over these sites and disclaims all liability for their content.

7. Liability

NetFit makes every effort to ensure the Site's availability and accuracy, without any guarantee of result. NetFit cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Site or the inability to access it.

8. Changes to these terms

NetFit reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Site on the date of consultation.

9. Governing law

These terms of use are governed by Senegalese law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Senegalese courts.
